Thomas’ holds a B.Com Fin degree with a focus on client relationships and operations. Having joined the company 4 years ago, he has learnt that the industry has become extremely complex. He is passionate about offering a simple and effective investment solution to clients.

Victoria Roberts – Director
Victoria is in her element doing what she loves, balancing numbers, with investment decisions.
She loves working with a like-minded team that always strive to be world class.
Although Victoria is driven by Analytics, she started her career in hospitality, finishing a degree Cum Laude. This is evident in her energy and commitment to be of service to people.

He believes that the core values of honesty, ethics and loyalty to clients is the reason that Foster Wealth has managed to grow its business consistently over the past 27 years.

Wayne Millard – General Manager
The son of a chartered account, Wayne entered the financial services arena at age 33, joining the Liberty Group.
A graduate of the Liberty Management Academy class of 2001, he headed up their Randburg Agency branch overseeing a compliment of 49 consultants before resigning to start his own brokerage.
There he enjoyed Discovery Gold Prestige Broker status from 2004, until recently.
He understands the various nuances centred around new-generation insurance product composition, with an emphasis on wealth-style and healthy living. He believes in the old-school notion of “get out of debt” and is an advocator of optimising risk exposure through investment and life insurance products .
Wayne believes that the life assurance industry has lost some of its lustre of yesteryear and needs to be infused with new blood.

Tanzeela Rahim – Investment Administrator
Tanzeela joined Foster Wealth in January 2016 and believes a solid administrative structure ensures that clients receive the best possible service.

Lezel van den Berg – Executive Consultant
Lezel is a registered business accountant who is mindful of the importance of early financial planning that might be used as an underpin for protecting wealth and one’s personal lifestyle and in turn promoting business continuity among entrepreneurs and business owners alike. She has a passion for planning a client’s financial road map in consultation with them.
